Hello Friends!
Young Circuit Riders Family Connections has been having so much fun these last couple of weeks! If you haven’t joined our facebook group or checked out what’s coming soon on our website please visit us at www.youngcircuitriders.com.We have been in a series of Loving God’s Word and walking through what the Bible teaches on the subject! We have been memorizing the Word! Verses like:
“God’s Word will not return to him empty but will accomplish what He desires and achieve the purpose for which He sent it.” Isaiah 55:11
"God's Word is a lamp unto our feet, a light on my path. I have taken an oath and confirmed it, that I will follow your righteous laws." Psalm 119:105-106
"All Scripture is God-breathed and useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness. So that the servant of God will be throughly equipped for every good work." 2 Timothy 3:16-17
What’s so exciting about memorizing the Word is that the Word of God is actually going inside of us! The Word is being put into our minds and in our regular thoughts and when we need that truth in our lives, in whatever situation life brings, the Word of God actually comes out of us!!! The Word will come out of our mouths instead of fear, depression, axiety... His Word is alive and active and working in us to defeat anything the enemy tries to bring!!!
I encourage you Friends to keep up the good work of reading and memorizing the Word personally and teaching your children to follow your lead! I know that by doing this we are preparing ourselves for the future and whatever may come!
