Read the Word: John 17:1-26
*Focus on verse 17
Read & talk through all verses with your child:
Sanctify: Set apart as or declare holy; consecrate.
1-5 “Jesus praying to His Father… ”
6-12 “Jesus spoke the Word, His disciples believed, praying for protection…”
13- 19 “I have given them your Word, they are not of this world, sanctify them…”
20-26 “All will believe & be one as we, Father, are one…”
Play/ Connect: Memorize John 17:17 together with your child! Write or type out two small Bible verse cards, keep one, & give the other to your child. Take turns reading it a couple of times together, then make a plan to memorize God’s Word together!
