Read the Word: 2 Timothy 3

                              * Focus on verses 16 & 17

Read & talk through all verses with your child:

1-9 “Hard times in the last days…”

10-17  “Timothy’s final charge & encouragement to stay confident in God!”

 Play/ Connect: Memorize 2 Timothy 3:16 & 17 together with your child! Write or type out two small Bible verse cards, keep one, and give the other to your child. Take turns reading it a couple of times together, then make a plan to memorize God’s Word together!

“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness. So that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” 2 Timothy 3:16-17

Go on a walk & share how God has taught, corrected, & trained you in the past. Then encourage them to share the same!

Pray: Pray for your child every verse that was highlighted to you during your reading time and conversation. Allow the Holy Spirit to lead you!
